Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders of €200 or more qualify for FREE shipping to all EU destinations.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under €200 are charged a flat rate of €7.99 for delivery within the EU.
  • Orders below these thresholds will incur a standard shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on your location in the EU.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs checks (if shipping from outside the EU) or local postal services or seasonal demand.

  • You will receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

  • If goods are not delivered within 30 days from the date you placed your order (or by any later date we agreed with you at checkout), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of all payments made.
