How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number
Click the tracking link in your email, or copy your tracking number and paste it into the carrier's tracking page.

Step 3: Monitor Your Delivery
You'll be able to see real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.

Order Status Guide

  • Order Confirmed: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment
  • Processing: Your order is being prepared (1-3 business days)
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! Check your email for tracking details
  • In Transit: Your package is traveling to you
  • Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today
  • Delivered: Your order has been delivered

Delivery Timeframes

Most EU orders arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Number?

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3-5 business days of placing your order, please do the following:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify the email address on your order
  • Contact us at Nest&Next. 

Tracking Issues?

Sometimes tracking information may not update immediately, especially during customs processing. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us, and we'll investigate.
